There is a New Moon in Aries with a Solar Eclipse next Monday so we are moving the date to take advantage of the energy.

With so much going on in the world Peace is a hard thing to find.  Prayer is powerful and so is Peace, therefore bringing the two together is even more powerful.  Join us for an evening of Prayers for Peace, within ourselves and in the world around us.

There are so many Goddesses of Peace around the world from almost every culture or religion.  Tara (Hindu), Pax (Roman), Eirene/Irene (Greek), Wóĥpe (Lakota) Asase Ya (Ghana/Ivory Coast) to name just a few.  Now, more than ever, we need to find some peace.  Come and join us for an evening of Prayers for Peace.  A line from a song that fits well “let there be Peace on Earth and let it begin with me”.  Let’s start there and have peace begin with us.

For the altar, please bring a candle of whatever color represents peace to you.  If you’re called to decorate it for Peace, go for it.  For the ritual, please bring a prayer for peace.  It can be one that you have written, or a favorite that you know, look up something that resonates, or be prepared to bring one from heart in the moment.  If you speak another language other than English, please feel free to bring one in your own language to share.
